Shipping & Returns
Carrier: Most shipping, both UK and overseas will be via Royal Mail or UPS, however, depending on size, shape and destination, we may have to use alternatives.
Delivery Day/Time: We will do our best to help accommodate shipping requests, but delivery dates and times quoted are approximate as we use third party courier companies, no guarantee of date/time can be given.
Unless otherwise specified, all art will be sold unframed and canvases will be unstreched and unframed.
Small items (up to approximately A4) will be shipped flat, most other items above that size will be shipped rolled in a tube.
We are trying to reduce the amount of plastic we use, so wherever possible we will not bubble-wrap the art, but sometimes for the most delicate items, it will be unavoidable.
Some items will only be available to purchase in the Bristol ArtPark Gallery, but will be displayed on the web shop as ‘out of stock’
For some overseas destinations there may be local taxes and charges to pay which are beyond the control of the ArtPark gallery. Please check your countries taxes and import rules before purchasing any items from the ArtPark Gallery
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, but in case you’re not, for most items*, you can return it within 14 days – no questions asked.
For a full refund of the item and postage, please call or email us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will either arrange the postage and collection or ask you to post/courier the item back to us (depending on size and location) within 14 days of the notice.
We will then refund you the full amount, including the postage within 14 days of receiving the item back at our store.
We are a small independent shop, so we ask you to help us keep costs to a minimum by making sure the product is safely packed for it’s return journey and using only an agreed method of return.
*For commissions or bespoke items, we cannot provide a refund of the deposit or full amount paid, unless prior agreements have been made in writing. We may, depending on the item, and subject to agreement, be able to try and resell the item on your behalf with standard commission, terms and conditions applied.
No consequential losses or damages will be paid.
Your statutory rights are not impacted.
For overseas sales, we cannot refund any additional charges, for example, VAT, Customs charge, import duties and other charges, which have been collected by or on behalf of governments or other third parties.
